  Horrible phone etiquette. The young lady who took my call was very unprofessional. Sounded like a latina valley girl, with ohhh realllyyyy, weells, and ummm?. She over quoted me by $75 a month higher than well known established insurance companies such as, AAA, Allstate, State farm and Mercury. She spoke to me as if I didn't know she was full of it and uneducated. Maybe I just got a poor service representative. However, left me with the impression of the establishment is an over priced joke. Don't be a sucker... Check the above insurance providers before committing and buying thier nonsense!
